With just a month of working for Yummy under my belt, I have eaten a lot of fine foods. Well, I am, somewhat, a foodie at heart. Even though I detest the word “foodie” with as much passion as a passion fruit. The interesting thing about fine dining, to me anyway, is that the food is actually pretty good for the most part. I mean some chefs go WAY overboard with the “creativity” but otherwise pretty good. But I continue to complain on behalf of all Kenyans who eat at Mama Pimas but can also afford fine dining. Portions guys! Portions! But then again, with fine dining, you are paying for an experience. But a quick tip I have learned is to aim for course meals not singular meals i.e. “3 Course” and above.
