My friend Tim says I have a way with animals. Photographing them that is. I think this is because when I shoot animals, or generally just hang around them, I think of them as people. It is not uncommon to find me having a one sided conversation with a dog or a cat or yelling at a Lizard about personal space. I have also been known to scold insects for being insects and not wanting aspire to being something with fur… Seriously.

I have been around the country this year and I must admit, the beings I have enjoyed photographing most, are my furry friends. Here is a sample selection of some of the guys I have had the pleasure of shooting over the last couple of months in different areas of the country.
